1970: During a school outing to the Glasgow School of Art, my
creative journey began. Jupiter, Florida 1992, I met Jeffrey,
my husband and partner; and Global Art Exchange was conceived.
Though lacking in formal art training, Jeffrey....a highly accomplished
metal fabricator, and Joan......a self-taught stained glass artist
with an eye for design, constantly strive for excellence in their
creations....from concept to completion.....a joint effort.
Our simple, elegant and sometimes whimsical designs inspired
by MacKintosh, Wright, and a love of nature, exude a well-balanced
organic blend, attractive to both male and female.
With the recent acquisition of a kiln, our creativity will be
taken to the next level, enabling us to slump and form glass,
incorporate movement, and enable us to progress......to evolve.
